add space

Walking through the streets of Hong Kong, amid the bewildering array of brands, advertisements and bill posters, sometimes we lose sight of what is really important. Like how spectacular Hong Kong is (even if you are just visiting for a week of art) and why you are proud to call this city home or that perhaps “less is actually more”…
So we decided to add some space on the streets for the messages really worth saying.
Let us know what you think of our first wall post — “A Hong Kong second is a New York minute.” We are also keen to hear what other messages you think we should share on the streets of our city.

I love this! Any chance I can have a high-res too?
Did you come up with this phrase? I need to cite it for an academic paper and am trying to track down the original author
onelove:clearly missed the point.
One of our clients who used to live in NY, just saw the poster in our studio and said he couldn’t agree more with the message. Just sayin’.

NY is one of the safest large cities in the world and is a tech hub (it’s not the 80′s). You should visit NY (or just leave HK) because it sounds like you live under a rock.
@onelove
HK strives to be more like Tokyo. It does not strive to be like NY, which is dangerous, low tech, and known for its ghetto-ness.
This poster is proof of how much HK strives to be on the same platform as NY, and in doing so, will never get there.
Darcy, if you send us an email with your details, we’ll send you a high-res file. Thanks!
I actually walked past it yesterday. Stopped, and took a couple of steps back to look at it.
It’s a beautiful breath of fresh air amongst the clutter of HK…. then after a couple of new york minutes, continued walking.
I totally agree. I remember hearing an American who was visiting that “Hong Kong is like New York City on drugs.” I agree then and I agree now.
Thanks for the break tonight!
Is this the teaser of the Distinctively, JP Morgan campaign for HK?
Wonderful!
Any chance you can share a larger resolution version so I can print it for my wall above my desk?
where does the QR code take you to?
We need a home in HK, not a house.
