everyone loves cupcakes
One of the first stops in London was over to Hummingbird Bakery on Portobello Road, where we were told to try one of their Red Velvet cupcakes. Similar to New York’s Magnolia Bakery, the place was humming, literally. We fell in love with their cake drawings and everything was sugary, and their treats did not disappoint.
On the other end of town at Columbia Flower Market, we came across another shop that carried some lovely ceramics and more baking goods. Treacle’s tagline, Too Much is Never Enough sounds about right.
