Located on a busy corner in Central, DOZO! is a modern take on a Japanese favourite - kaiten-zushi, or conveyor belt sushi. The DOZO! staff run around in black t-shirts with 'help yourself' printed on the back and customers are able to pick and mix their meals while it rotates around the restaurant. Entering a competitive market, the branding of DOZO! needed to be stand out.
The DOZO! identity was designed by Whitespace to be eye-catching, fresh and fun. Large logo decals were created for their windows and the identity appears on everything from juice labels to chopsticks and take away boxes. Menus appeal to both first-time and experienced sushi lovers with large images, bold colors and clear graphics.
