With an unusual name and colourful history in Hong Kong, Zuni Icosahedron is a leading avant-garde performance arts group, supported by the Hong Kong SAR Government. Each year Zuni participates in numerous theatrical productions staged locally and overseas, representing Hong Kong in worldwide arts festivals and biennales.

Whitespace was asked by Zuni Icosehedron to create the identity for a new arts festival centered on architecture, called "Architecture Is...Arts Festival". The ambiguity of the name intentionally provokes a dialogue with the public about what architecture is in the form of a four-part program consisting of theatre performances, concerts, workshops and seminars. The bi-lingual logo is based on the modular and thematic nature of the event.

A set of promotional and marketing materials were developed including leaflets, brochures, light boxes, display banners, and a website in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese languages. The festival is the first of its kind and will be staged primarily at the Grand Cultural Theatre in Hong Kong.
